Great help! This book helped me fingure out what exactly I needed to put in my own concept maps. It also has some great sections that you can photocopy and take to clinicals, so that you don't miss a single thing while gathering assessment data.

This book was written so anyone could understand the material! Easy to read, offers a system review along with the mapping. Written for students, but easily usable by anyone.
