The text was easy to read with good explanations and tables to clarify and highlight content. The book was in excellent condition and arrived as scheduled. Content of the text was comprehensive and includeded internet resources. Information that was included ranged from an explantation of evidence-based practice to how to create this in an organization.

I needed this for my wife for school and she had to have it on somewhat short notice. the book came quickly and in better condition then was expected. The price was better then retail. Overall I was pleased with the purchase.
